Sixty bottles and one long bench

CRU opened in 2019 with a short list, a small kitchen, and a stubborn idea: that a wine bar should feel like a friend's place, not a fine one. The cellar grew, the bench stayed.

Everything by the glass is open because we wanted to drink it. Most of it is made by people we've met, in places we can point to on a map.
