CRU opened in 2019 with a short list, a small kitchen, and a stubborn idea: that a wine bar should feel like a friend's place, not a fine one. The cellar grew, the bench stayed.
Everything by the glass is open because we wanted to drink it. Most of it is made by people we've met, in places we can point to on a map.

Tuesday to Thursday, five til midnight. Friday and Saturday, three til late. Sunday, three til ten.
